Position: Configuration Analyst II – Merchandising

Compensation: $75,000 – $125,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Configuration Analyst II – Merchandising to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on technology professional who enjoys improving merchandising platforms, supporting business users, and solving complex system challenges. In this role, you’ll help optimize the tools that power planning, assortment, pricing, promotions, rebates, and category management across the business.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Administer and configure merchandising technology platforms.
• Maintain system rules, workflows, hierarchies, and security settings.
• Support releases, testing, and deployment activities.
• Partner with business teams on enhancement requests.
• Resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Improve data quality, automation, and process efficiency.
• Document support procedures and technical knowledge articles.
• Monitor platform health and system performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Three or more years supporting enterprise retail or merchandising applications.
• Experience with merchandising, planning, or category management systems.
• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, or file-based data exchange.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or analytics platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Anaplan or Blue Yonder solutions.
• Background in retail merchandising or supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with rebate, promotion, or assortment planning tools.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or predictive analytics initiatives.
• Experience with data governance or master data management.
• Knowledge of change control and application lifecycle management.
• Technical documentation or workflow design experience.
