Position: Configuration Analyst III – Product Lifecycle Management

Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Configuration Analyst III – Product Lifecycle Management to join their team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented PLM professional to take ownership of product lifecycle system configuration, master data governance, and process improvement. In this role, you’ll work across merchandising, supply chain, procurement, IT, and operations to keep critical product data moving accurately and efficiently through the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Configure and support the Bamboo Rose PLM platform.
• Manage workflows, forms, business rules, and system controls.
• Support Syniti Knowledge Platform and product master data.
• Create SQL-based data rules, views, and cleansing logic.
• Improve product lifecycle processes and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot configuration, workflow, and data issues.
• Support integrations across ERP, merchandising, and supply chain systems.
• Document procedures, training materials, and support knowledge.
• Partner with teams to test enhancements and resolve defects.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities within PLM processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Five or more years supporting enterprise business applications.
• Experience configuring PLM solutions, preferably Bamboo Rose.
• Strong SQL skills for analysis, rules, and transformation logic.
• Experience with master data governance and data quality controls.
• Background supporting cross-functional business processes.
• Experience working with system integrations and data flows.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Syniti Knowledge Platform.
• Retail, merchandising, or supply chain application experience.
• Private label or imported goods product knowledge.
• Workflow automation and process improvement experience.
• Root cause analysis and production support experience.
• Exposure to AI-enabled business capabilities.
• Experience supporting reporting and analytics environments.
