Position: Senior Digital Marketing Full Stack Developer

Compensation: $42 – $46 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Digital Marketing Full Stack Developer to join their team!

This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on developer who enjoys building, improving, and scaling digital experiences. You’ll step into a critical role supporting a growing marketing organization, where your work will directly influence websites, integrations, and long-term digital architecture. With a strong backlog of projects already in motion, this position offers immediate ownership, autonomy, and the chance to shape a more efficient and consistent development environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop and enhance custom WordPress functionality
• Build integrations and APIs across digital platforms
• Review existing sites for optimization opportunities
• Support new development projects from backlog
• Help standardize digital assets across multiple websites
• Recommend scalable technical improvements
• Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams
• Maintain strong development practices and code quality

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong WordPress development experience
• Experience building custom solutions, not just maintaining sites
• Backend development experience preferred
• Experience with databases, integrations, and APIs
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Strong problem-solving and solution evaluation skills
• Experience improving website performance and scalability
