Position: Stock & Retirement Plan Analyst
Compensation: $37 – $41 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Olathe, Kansas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Stock & Retirement Plan Analyst to join their team!
This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, process accuracy, and sensitive information. In this role, you will support 401(k), ESOP, and stock plan administration for a highly collaborative team during a busy seasonal period. If you enjoy Excel-heavy work, organized workflows, and making a direct impact, this role offers a strong blend of responsibility and visibility.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Reconcile payroll and contribution files for accuracy.
- Process 401(k) election updates and new hire submissions.
- Support annual stock offering materials and employee decisions.
- Upload stock transactions into tracking software.
- Record share repurchases and distribution activity.
- Maintain accurate plan records and related documentation.
- Coordinate with HR, payroll, legal, and other internal teams.
- Update intranet content with current plan information.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
- At least three years of related experience.
- At least one year of 401(k), treasury, or stock experience preferred.
- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with VLOOKUP and complex Excel formulas.
- Working knowledge of 401(k) plan administration.
- Experience with manual data entry and process improvement.
- Familiarity with stock administration systems.
- Comfort working with financial or accounting data sets.
