Position: Senior Revenue Accountant

Compensation: $85,000 – $105,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Revenue Accountant to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. In this role, you will support revenue accruals, reporting, reconciliations, and analysis while partnering across teams to help ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare monthly revenue accrual and re-accrual journal entries.
• Analyze production volumes and pricing data.
• Reconcile revenue accruals to actual results.
• Investigate variances and support PPA analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
• Support financial reporting and revenue disclosures.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• 3+ years of oil and gas accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of revenue accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.
• Experience preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience driving process improvements.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Background in financial reporting support.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience supporting audit or SOX-related processes.
