Position: Cybersecurity Analyst

Compensation: $50-$60/hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join their team!

This is a long-term contract opportunity with a stable organization that supports critical infrastructure and keeps a strong pipeline of projects moving forward. In this role, you’ll spend your time hands-on in the environment, monitoring activity, investigating alerts, and strengthening security operations. As the position grows, there’s a clear path toward leadership responsibilities, making this a strong opportunity for someone who wants both immediate impact and room to grow.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Monitor security events and investigate alerts.
• Chase logs to identify suspicious activity.
• Review endpoint, firewall, and vulnerability issues.
• Support day-to-day security operations.
• Assist with escalating and resolving incidents.
• Work collaboratively with an established security team.
• Take on leadership duties as the role develops.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Solid experience as a Security Analyst.
• Hands-on experience chasing logs and alerts.
• Experience with endpoint security.
• Experience with firewalls.
• Experience with vulnerability management.
• Professional experience working in security operations.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with CrowdStrike.
• Experience with Arctic Wolf.
• Experience with Splunk.
• Experience with Tenable.
• Experience with QRadar.
• Experience with Nessus.
• Experience with Tripwire.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.

Other Information:

• Hybrid schedule with flexible in-office expectations.
• Standard business hours, 7:30am to 4:30pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm.
• Long-term contract renewed annually.
• Team environment with multiple contractors already in place.
