Position: Manager of Enterprise Architecture

Compensation: $106,000 – $143,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Lenexa, Kansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Manager of Enterprise Architecture to join their team!

This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic technology leader who enjoys shaping enterprise direction, improving business processes, and guiding architecture across a complex organization. You’ll work closely with business leaders, development teams, innovation partners, and vendors to help define scalable solutions that drive measurable value.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Define and maintain enterprise software architecture strategy and roadmap
• Establish standards, patterns, and governance processes
• Lead architectural reviews and technology decisions
• Partner with business leaders on process improvement opportunities
• Evaluate emerging technologies, AI, and automation use cases
• Guide vendor evaluations and proof-of-concept assessments
• Lead and mentor a team of senior architects
• Support solution design for ERP, integrations, cloud, and custom applications
• Promote security, scalability, maintainability, and reusability
• Balance governance with delivery speed and business needs

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in software development or architecture
• 5+ years leading architects or technical leaders
• Experience across complex enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of cloud, integrations, and data architecture
• Experience influencing stakeholders across business functions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Microsoft Azure experience
• Power Platform or Dynamics 365 experience
• Microsoft Fabric or GitHub experience
• Copilot Studio or AI services exposure
• Experience with automation or low-code solutions
• Construction, manufacturing, or project-based industry experience
• Architecture, cloud, agile, or project management certifications
