Position: Payroll Specialist
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team!
This is a great opportunity to step into a hands-on payroll role supporting bi-weekly processing through ADP while also contributing to light executive administrative work. The team is looking for someone who can grow with the company, adapt quickly, and bring a strong culture fit to a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Work within ADP to support payroll operations.
- Assist with light executive administrative duties as needed.
- Maintain payroll records and related documentation.
- Support day-to-day payroll questions and adjustments.
- Help ensure payroll processes remain organized and efficient.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of payroll experience.
- Experience working with ADP.
- Ability to process bi-weekly payroll.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt, learn, and grow in a changing environment.
- Onsite availability in Moore, Oklahoma.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Previous exposure to executive administrative support.
- Experience in a smaller, fast-moving environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfort working in a role with varied responsibilities.
