Position: Payroll Specialist

Compensation: $ 50000 – 60000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role and wants to grow within a supportive environment. In this position, you’ll work closely with payroll operations to help ensure accurate, timely processing while also stepping in to support administrative tasks as needed. It’s a great fit for someone who is adaptable, organized, and eager to build experience with a well-established team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process bi-weekly payroll with accuracy and attention to detail
• Partner with ADP to support payroll processing activities
• Maintain payroll records and help resolve data discrepancies
• Support executive administrative tasks as needed
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist where needed
• Communicate professionally across internal teams

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-3 years of payroll or related administrative experience
• Experience supporting payroll processing in a business environment
• Comfort working with ADP or similar payroll systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly and follow established processes
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented approach

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a small or fast-paced office environment
• Exposure to executive administrative support
• Experience handling confidential payroll information
• Familiarity with process improvement or workflow support
