Position: Payroll Specialist

Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team!

This is a great opportunity to step into a hands-on payroll role supporting bi-weekly processing through ADP while also contributing to light executive administrative work. The team is looking for someone who can grow with the company, adapt quickly, and bring a strong culture fit to a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Work within ADP to support payroll operations.
• Assist with light executive administrative duties as needed.
• Maintain payroll records and related documentation.
• Support day-to-day payroll questions and adjustments.
• Help ensure payroll processes remain organized and efficient.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-3 years of payroll experience.
• Experience working with ADP.
• Ability to process bi-weekly payroll.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to adapt, learn, and grow in a changing environment.
• Onsite availability in Moore, Oklahoma.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Previous exposure to executive administrative support.
• Experience in a smaller, fast-moving environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfort working in a role with varied responsibilities.
