Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Compensation: $ 30 – $36/hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team!

This is a hands-on recruiting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities at once. You’ll support early careers recruiting efforts. It’s a strong fit for a recruiter who is confident building relationships, juggling requisitions, and bringing a proactive, team-first mindset to a busy talent acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage multiple open requisitions across changing business needs
• Support early careers recruiting efforts and regional hiring coverage
• Partner closely with stakeholders throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate interviews and move candidates efficiently through process
• Maintain organized recruiting activity using ATS tools
• Use Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation support
• Provide overflow recruiting support as priorities shift
• Build strong relationships across a large stakeholder network

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-5 years of recruiting experience
• Background in early careers recruiting preferred
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on recruiting experience in a fast-moving environment
• Proficiency with ATS platforms
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience supporting recruiting coordination or HR functions
• Exposure to early career initiatives
• Comfort supporting multiple business regions
