Position: Director of Sales
Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Director of Sales to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a sales leader who knows the HVAC market and wants to make an impact with a growing organization. The role offers the chance to lead a sales team, drive growth, and support a business with expanding demand and a strong product focus.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve quarterly goals
- Develop strategies to grow revenue across HVAC product lines
- Build strong customer relationships and market presence
- Track performance and adjust plans to improve results
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales execution
- Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability for team success
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- HVAC industry experience required
- Strong understanding of the coil market
- Proven ability to lead a sales team
- Experience driving results against sales goals
- Ability to communicate clearly and lead confidently
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with industrial or engineered HVAC products
- Background in a high-growth manufacturing environment
- Exposure to bonus-based sales incentive plans
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
