Position: Staff Accountant
Compensation: $ 65000 – 68000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Staff Accountant to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys variety in their day and wants to make a meaningful impact across AP, AR, and general ledger functions. The role was created to add flexible support to a busy finance team and help strengthen operations moving forward. If you’re looking for a stable, hands-on position where you can contribute across multiple areas, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Prepare and post general ledger journal entries
- Assist with daily accounting operations as needed
- Provide support across multiple finance functions
- Help maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Contribute wherever additional accounting support is needed
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in accounting or a related finance role
- Knowledge of AP, AR, and general ledger processes
- Experience preparing journal entries
- Professional and polished communication style
- Solid employment history
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in a floater or cross-functional accounting role
- Exposure to broader month-end accounting tasks
- Comfort supporting a fast-paced team environment
- Experience in a mid-sized or growing organization
