Position: Staff Accountant

Compensation: $ 65000 – 68000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Staff Accountant to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys variety in their day and wants to make a meaningful impact across AP, AR, and general ledger functions. The role was created to add flexible support to a busy finance team and help strengthen operations moving forward. If you’re looking for a stable, hands-on position where you can contribute across multiple areas, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Prepare and post general ledger journal entries
• Assist with daily accounting operations as needed
• Provide support across multiple finance functions
• Help maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Contribute wherever additional accounting support is needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in accounting or a related finance role
• Knowledge of AP, AR, and general ledger processes
• Experience preparing journal entries
• Professional and polished communication style
• Solid employment history
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in a floater or cross-functional accounting role
• Exposure to broader month-end accounting tasks
• Comfort supporting a fast-paced team environment
• Experience in a mid-sized or growing organization
