Position: Senior Finance Associate

Compensation: $0, (Final salary will be based on relevant experience and qualifications)

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Finance Associate to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working in a high-impact, deal-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll support corporate finance strategy, financial modeling, capital planning, and financing execution for a growing organization with complex capital needs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Build and maintain corporate financial models.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Evaluate debt and equity financing alternatives.
• Support long-range planning and capital allocation.
• Prepare board and management presentation materials.
• Assist with financing transaction execution.
• Support compliance reporting and covenant calculations.
• Partner cross-functionally on planning assumptions.
• Review borrowing base and hedge reporting.
• Mentor junior team members on modeling standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience.
• Experience in corporate banking, leveraged finance, or energy finance.
• Hands-on exposure to debt or equity transactions.
• Advanced three-statement and capital structure modeling skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of credit agreements and covenant structures.
• Ability to manage complex workstreams independently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Oil and gas financing experience.
• A&D transaction support experience.
• Familiarity with reserve-based lending structures.
• Knowledge of high-yield debt or securitized financings.
• Experience preparing lender or investor materials.
