Position: Project Manager

Compensation: $70 – $75 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Fully Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Manager to join their team!

This is a strong contract opportunity for a technically minded Project Manager who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments. You will support a strategic data lake initiative that is helping consolidate existing systems and data while laying the groundwork for future AI capabilities. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead assigned projects within a broader data lake program
• Coordinate across business, data, and technology teams
• Track risks, dependencies, barriers, and timelines
• Support data set and system consolidation efforts
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment
• Help evaluate future AI use cases and opportunities
• Support roadmap and strategy discussions
• Keep initiatives moving forward in an ambiguous environment

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven project management experience in technical environments
• Background supporting data lake or data platform initiatives
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and timelines effectively
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfort working across business and technical teams
• Ability to bring structure to complex, evolving work
• Experience navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
• Familiarity with Databricks and Azure

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience supporting AI-related planning or initiatives
• Exposure to enterprise data consolidation efforts
• Experience working within a multi-project program
• Background in supporting strategic roadmap development
