Position: POS Analyst I

Compensation: $ 35 – 38 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled POS Analyst I to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented analyst who enjoys supporting restaurant technology in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll help keep critical systems running smoothly, support vendor coordination, and contribute to reporting, deployments, and process improvements across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support daily operations and monitor technology incidents.
• Coordinate escalations and assist with Level 3 support.
• Track vendor issues, deliverables, and responsiveness.
• Build reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Analyze trends in tickets, performance, and system health.
• Support testing, deployments, and project coordination.
• Maintain documentation, training materials, and procedures.
• Collaborate with franchisees, vendors, and internal teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 to 5 years in technology operations or support.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with vendors and ticketing systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to organize and summarize operational data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or franchise technology experience.
• Experience with Digital Menu Boards or Drive-Thru Timers.
• Exposure to POS, headset, or ordering platforms.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence.
• Power BI or SQL reporting experience.
• Experience using advanced Microsoft tools or AI tools.
