Position: Solutions Architect

Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex,

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Solutions Architect to join their team!

This is a high-impact opportunity for a technically savvy Solutions Architect who enjoys shaping enterprise technology strategy from the ground up. In this role, you’ll guide complex architecture decisions, support system integrations, and help strengthen secure, scalable environments that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design enterprise IT and security architectures.
• Develop scalable network, cloud, and data center solutions.
• Lead integration strategy across systems and platforms.
• Review technical designs for alignment with standards.
• Support escalations and root cause analysis efforts.
• Guide cybersecurity and governance best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on technical planning.
• Document standards, diagrams, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8–15+ years in enterprise IT, architecture, or systems integration.
• Strong experience with networking, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on knowledge of virtualization and data center technologies.
• Experience supporting Microsoft and Linux environments.
• Proven ability to design large-scale enterprise solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Genetec, LenelS2, Avigilon, or Milestone.
• Knowledge of SIEM and monitoring platforms.
• Automation experience with PowerShell or Python.
• Cloud-native or containerized environment experience.
• ITIL or enterprise governance framework knowledge.
• Architecture certifications such as TOGAF, CISSP, or AWS/Azure credentials.
• Experience with physical security technology integrations.
