Position: Oracle Developer

Compensation: $65 – 72 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Oracle Developer to join their team!

This is a strong contract opportunity to support a large Oracle EBS environment and make an immediate impact across key business functions. You’ll help keep critical ERP systems running smoothly while building enhancements, solving issues, and improving processes. If you enjoy hands-on development, cross-functional collaboration, and technically challenging work, this role offers excellent visibility and long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support Oracle EBS operations across core business functions
• Develop and enhance custom ERP solutions and integrations
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Write and tune SQL and PL/SQL code
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, DBAs, and project teams
• Assist with deployments, updates, and production support
• Build solutions using Oracle APEX and related tools
• Contribute to modernization and automation efforts

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of Oracle EBS development experience
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills
• Experience supporting ERP integrations
• Background in customization and production support
• Oracle APEX experience in an EBS environment
• Experience across ERP modules such as HR, Payroll, Finance, or Procurement
• Ability to lead workstreams and own deliverables
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud
• Oracle Fusion or hybrid ERP exposure
• Oracle certifications
• Experience leading ERP upgrades or large implementations
• Background in Agile, DevOps, or ITIL environments
• Experience mentoring junior developers
