Position: Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

Compensation: $60k + annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity to join a growing forecasting and budgeting team in a visible role with direct impact. You’ll support financial planning efforts, help build polished presentations and models, and work closely with leadership on key analysis that drives business decisions. If you enjoy turning numbers into clear insights and want room to make an immediate impact, this role could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support forecasting and budgeting processes
• Build financial models and reporting materials
• Create presentation decks for leadership review
• Analyze financial data and highlight key trends
• Assist with planning deliverables and ongoing analysis
• Partner with the FP&A director on financial initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-3 years of relevant FP&A experience
• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Ability to build clear, polished PowerPoint presentations
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Comfort working onsite in a collaborative environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience supporting finance leadership
• Background in insurance or financial services
• Exposure to presentation development for executive audiences
• Ability to work independently on buildout projects
