Position: Data Engineer

Compensation: $60- 80/hour, depending on experience

Location: Denver, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Engineer to join their team!

This is a stable opportunity for a data professional who enjoys building scalable solutions in a modern, high-impact environment. You’ll support a growing data landscape, help shape pipelines and integrations, and deliver reliable data to teams across the business. If you thrive on solving complex data challenges and partnering with stakeholders, this role offers excellent visibility and meaningful work.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and build scalable data pipelines and integrations
• Transform raw data into reliable, consumable datasets
• Support data modeling and warehouse development in Snowflake
• Integrate data from cloud, on-prem, API, and file sources
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs
• Improve pipeline performance and data delivery processes
• Work with complex datasets at large scale
• Support automation and operational data workflows

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a related data engineering role
• Strong SQL skills
• Hands-on Python experience for data workflows
• Experience with cloud data warehousing platforms
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect
• Ability to work with multimillion-row datasets
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Palantir Foundry
• Experience with Denodo, Trino, or Starburst
• Hybrid cloud environment experience
• Exposure to IoT or real-time data pipelines
• Experience with dbt, Matillion, or SSIS
