Position: Maintenance Technician
Compensation: $28-35/hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team!
This is a strong direct hire opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems and keeping production running smoothly. In this role, you’ll support critical equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where reliability, safety, and teamwork matter. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Maintain motors, sensors, pumps, compressors, and related equipment
- Support VFD and PLC-controlled equipment diagnostics and repairs
- Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Complete facility maintenance, including lighting, HVAC, and utilities
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and manufacturers for repairs
- Document maintenance work orders and equipment service accurately
- Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO requirements
- Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize production downtime
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-10 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Manufacturing environment experience required
- Strong knowledge of 120V-480V electrical systems
- Experience with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot industrial controls and automation
- Hands-on experience with VFDs and PLC-controlled equipment
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and perform root cause analysis
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with welding equipment and welding processes
- Light fabrication skills, including MIG, TIG, or Stick welding
- Technical degree, apprenticeship, or industry certification
- Maintenance, electrical, mechatronics, or automation background
- CMMS software experience
- Continuous improvement experience
