Position: Maintenance Technician

Compensation: $28-35/hour, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team!

This is a strong direct hire opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems and keeping production running smoothly. In this role, you’ll support critical equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where reliability, safety, and teamwork matter. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Maintain motors, sensors, pumps, compressors, and related equipment
• Support VFD and PLC-controlled equipment diagnostics and repairs
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
• Complete facility maintenance, including lighting, HVAC, and utilities
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and manufacturers for repairs
• Document maintenance work orders and equipment service accurately
• Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO requirements
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize production downtime

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-10 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Manufacturing environment experience required
• Strong knowledge of 120V-480V electrical systems
• Experience with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to troubleshoot industrial controls and automation
• Hands-on experience with VFDs and PLC-controlled equipment
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and perform root cause analysis
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with welding equipment and welding processes
• Light fabrication skills, including MIG, TIG, or Stick welding
• Technical degree, apprenticeship, or industry certification
• Maintenance, electrical, mechatronics, or automation background
• CMMS software experience
• Continuous improvement experience
