Position: Machine Learning Developer

Compensation: $112,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Dallas, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Machine Learning Developer to join their team!

This is a standout opportunity for a hands-on ML professional to build the foundations of a modern machine learning delivery practice. In this role, you’ll help move models from experimentation into reliable production, working closely with data science, engineering, and business teams to create scalable MLOps processes. If you enjoy defining standards, improving delivery workflows, and shaping how machine learning gets deployed and monitored, this role offers high visibility and real impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Build MLOps standards and reusable production pipeline patterns
• Productionize models using Databricks tools and workflows
• Design CI/CD pipelines for model training and deployment
• Manage model tracking, registration, versioning, and lineage
• Implement monitoring, validation, and operational observability
• Strengthen data and feature quality through schema checks
• Create documentation, reference guides, and playbooks
• Partner with teams to align requirements and drive adoption

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
• Hands-on experience with Databricks MLflow and AutoML
• Three to five years of production ML or data systems experience
• Strong Python development skills with tested, maintainable code
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Spark
• Experience with MLOps workflows and model lifecycle management
• Solid understanding of Git, unit testing, and CI/CD
• Ability to explain ML concepts and model tuning practices

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Unity Catalog and governed model promotion
• Databricks certification in machine learning
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Exposure to cloud data platforms and infrastructure-as-code
• Experience with containerization or orchestration tools
• Familiarity with RAG or GenAI application patterns
• Experience mentoring others on engineering best practices
• Comfort working independently with strong organization skills

Other Information:

• Monday through Thursday schedule is nine hours per day
