Position: AI Developer

Compensation: $112000 – 140000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Dallas, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled AI Developer to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly forming AI team and help shape how modern AI solutions are built and delivered across the business. You’ll work on high-impact projects spanning generative AI, agentic workflows, and machine learning, with the chance to experiment, prototype, and productionize solutions in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and build AI-powered applications and multi-agent workflows
• Develop solutions using Claude, Azure OpenAI, and related AI platforms
• Build data pipelines between Snowflake and Azure Databricks
• Create retrieval-augmented generation and tool-use experiences
• Develop evaluation frameworks for model and agent quality
• Prototype and assess emerging AI tools and frameworks
• Partner with technical and business teams on production-ready solutions
• Support responsible AI, privacy, and governance practices

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2–4 years of production software, data, or AI/ML experience
• Strong Python development skills with tested, maintainable code
• Working knowledge of SQL and cloud data platforms
• Experience building applications with large language models
• Understanding of Git, testing, CI/CD, and design patterns
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Azure services, especially Databricks
• Exposure to Azure AI Foundry or Claude Agent SDK
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search
• Background converting unstructured data into structured formats
• Experience with dbt for transformations and documentation
• Familiarity with MCP or tool-calling patterns
• Experience with containerization or infrastructure as code
• Exposure to energy or asset-intensive industries
