Position: Project Manager

Compensation: $50 – 52 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Manager to join their team!

This is a contract opportunity supporting digital teams and key business initiatives within a growing organization. The role will contribute to data, reporting, and software development projects while partnering across departments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead day-to-day activities for digital project teams
• Support data, reporting, and software development initiatives
• Manage large system implementation projects as needed
• Gather and document project requirements across departments
• Coordinate meetings, priorities, and project follow-up
• Track deliverables and maintain project organization
• Communicate progress clearly to stakeholders
• Support business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Mid-level project management experience
• Hands-on experience with Agile processes
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or GitHub Project
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience gathering requirements across multiple departments
• Background supporting data, reporting, or software development teams
• Project management and business analysis experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the oil and gas industry
• Familiarity with system implementation projects
• Experience working in a hybrid team environment
