Position: Computer Deployment Technician

Compensation: $ 20-24 annually, depending on experience

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Computer Deployment Technician to join their team!

This is a hands-on opportunity to support large-scale laptop deployments across multiple locations. You’ll play a key role in preparing, delivering, installing, and configuring technology assets while helping ensure smooth rollouts and strong end-user support. If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and being the person who keeps technology moving, this role offers a great chance to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Deliver, install, and configure laptops and related equipment
• Prepare workstations, peripherals, and software for deployment
• Track equipment status and maintain accurate deployment records
• Troubleshoot technical issues on-site or remotely
• Support end users with professional, customer-focused service
• Follow safety procedures during all deployment activities
• Keep storage and deployment areas organized and clean
• Travel to various locations as needed across Tennessee

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in IT deployment or hardware installation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, push, and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Technical certifications
• Experience supporting laptop rollouts
• Familiarity with workstation setup processes
• Prior on-site customer support experience
• Experience maintaining equipment inventory
