Position: Technical Accounting Manager

Compensation: $ 130000-140000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Accounting Manager to join their team!

This is a high-impact opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys solving complex technical issues and shaping financial reporting quality. You’ll step into a role with strong visibility, supporting critical accounting decisions, disclosures, and compliance efforts across the business.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Research complex accounting issues and new standards
• Document accounting policies and technical positions
• Partner with cross-functional teams on business changes
• Support financial statement disclosures and filings
• Strengthen internal controls for reporting processes
• Prepare journal entries and assist with close activities
• Support internal and external audit requests
• Provide backup support across accounting functions
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• Four or more years of public accounting or similar experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting
• Experience with revenue recognition and lease accounting
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• High attention to detail and organization

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• CPA certification or progress toward certification
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Experience supporting external audits
• Exposure to financial reporting disclosures
• Process improvement mindset
• Experience working in cross-functional environments
