 Position: Business Analyst

Compensation: $50 – $55/hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great organization to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team!

This role is ideal for someone with strong process improvement experience who can analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and help drive organizational improvement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs, and executive-level documentation
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and standardization
• Facilitate process improvement discussions with stakeholders
• Support implementation, change management, and transformation efforts
• Develop KPIs and track improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of professional Business Analyst or related experience
• Extensive hands-on process improvement experience
• Strong Lean Six Sigma experience and ability to apply its methodologies in a professional environment 
• Experience creating process maps, SOPs, dashboards, and executive-level reports
• Experience supporting strategic or organizational improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred
• Government, healthcare, finance, or regulated industry experience
• Project management or change management experience
• MBA, MHA, or related advanced degree
