Position: Sr Recruiter

Compensation: $45 – 55 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sr Recruiter to join their team!

This is a strong six-month contract opportunity for a full-cycle recruiting professional who enjoys partnering closely with hiring leaders and driving searches from start to finish. You’ll support both internal and external recruiting efforts while helping keep hiring moving in a fast-paced, business-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders
• Support internal and external recruiting efforts
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates
• Maintain communication throughout the hiring process
• Help drive recruiting priorities and search progress
• Provide a positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience working directly with hiring managers
• Ability to support business partners effectively
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
• Experience managing multiple recruiting needs
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Thursday
• Availability to work remotely on Fridays

• Experience supporting both corporate and external recruiting
• Exposure to contract recruiting environments
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving team setting
