Compensation: $25-30/hour

Desktop Support Technician:

Inceed has partnered with a Fortune 500 company to help find a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join their team!

This person will provide critical IT support to a wide variety of end users. 

Responsibilities:

• Image and troubleshoot laptops
• Communicate effectively with non-technical end users to resolve issues in a timely manner

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support role
• Experience with SCCM and VPN troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Active Directory
