Position: Treasury Administrator

Compensation: $35-$43/hr, depending on experience

Location: Lakewood, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Treasury Administrator to join their team!

This is a great contract opportunity for a detail-oriented treasury professional who enjoys fast-paced work and meaningful responsibility. This position offers the chance to contribute to an organization with strong growth, a collaborative environment, and real opportunity to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare and process wire transfers accurately and on time
• Support month-end wire uploads into Oracle
• Prepare W9 forms and maintain related documentation
• Log checks and track payment activity
• Pull bank statements from multiple financial institutions
• Manage team inbox communications and administrative requests
• Assist with routine treasury operations and payment support

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in treasury, banking, or payments administration
• Familiarity with wire transfers and payment processing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with Oracle
• Prior exposure to bank statement reconciliation
• Background supporting a high-growth team
• Administrative experience in a treasury setting
