Position: Insurance Claims Manager

Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Insurance Claims Manager to join their team!

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity overseeing a growing supplemental medical claims operation. You’ll guide a team of supervisors and claims professionals, help shape process improvements, and make confident decisions in complex claim scenarios. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead supervisors and claims teams across supplemental medical operations
• Set performance goals and drive timely, accurate claim processing
• Coach and develop leaders through feedback and mentorship
• Manage staffing and resources based on workload needs
• Resolve complex claims using sound judgment and critical thinking
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Partner with other leaders to improve processes and efficiency
• Support legal review and litigation-related claim issues
• Monitor service trends and identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 6+ years of leadership or management experience
• Experience leading supervisors or other leaders
• Track record of coaching and developing teams
• Strong decision-making in ambiguous situations
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong diplomacy and conflict-resolution abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based software
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Insurance, benefits, or healthcare industry experience
• Supplemental medical, disability, or absence management claims background
• Experience in regulated environments
• Familiarity with state and federal compliance requirements
• Experience supporting litigation-related claim matters
• Domestic or international market knowledge
