Position: Workday System Analyst I

Compensation: $82,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Full Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Workday System Analyst I to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a Workday professional who enjoys hands-on configuration, problem-solving, and supporting users with practical solutions. In this role, you’ll help optimize Workday HCM functionality, support system improvements, and create training resources that make a real impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM functionality and system settings
• Build and update business processes, security, and tenant configuration
• Create and troubleshoot calculated fields, validations, and condition rules
• Develop reports and dashboards to support business needs
• Test and deploy Workday feature releases and system enhancements
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Create training guides, job aids, and user-friendly documentation
• Support system issues through analysis and solution development

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience
• Experience supporting Core HCM functional areas
• Ability to configure and maintain Workday business processes
• Experience with calculated fields and validation rules
• Strong reporting and dashboard development skills
• Ability to create clear training and support materials
• Comfort working with stakeholders across multiple teams
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Recruiting, Onboarding, or Talent modules
• Background supporting healthcare systems or healthcare applications
• Experience with Workday feature releases and enhancements
• Exposure to system optimization initiatives
• Experience supporting end users with application training
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary project teams

Other Information:

• Direct hire opportunity with remote, onsite, or hybrid flexibility
• Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-call support may be required as needed
• Supports deadline-driven projects and occasional after-hours coverage
• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship
