Position: Compliance Analyst

Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to find a Compliance Analyst to join their growing team.

This newly created role will help lead regulatory and compliance efforts, with an initial focus on packaging, recycling, and sustainability requirements. Over time, this person will grow into a key subject matter expert for compliance across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and coordinate regulatory and compliance initiatives across the organization.
• Research and interpret federal, state, retailer, and industry requirements.
• Support packaging sustainability, recycling, labeling, and material reduction initiatives.
• Help the business navigate packaging, battery, chemical, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Partner with engineering and other internal teams to understand how changing regulations may impact products or processes.
• Coordinate compliance-related projects, documentation, timelines, and follow-up.
• Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather and maintain required compliance information.
• Identify opportunities to improve and standardize compliance processes.
• Track key information and eventually help develop dashboards and reporting through Excel, Power BI, and automation tools.
• Work directly with a supporting team member who will report into this position.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience working with government regulations, state laws, or regulatory compliance requirements.
• Background in compliance, regulatory affairs, contract management, or a similar field.
• Experience within manufacturing, chemicals, consumer products, or another regulated environment.
• Experience managing or coordinating projects involving multiple teams or stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data and reporting.
• Ability to research regulations, interpret requirements, and communicate their business impact.
• Strong organization and communication skills with the ability to manage several priorities at once.

• Supplier or product compliance.
• Power BI, dashboards, or workflow automation.
• Consumer products or retail-related regulatory requirements.

• Reports to the Engineering Director.
• Training and conference opportunities available.
