Position: Senior Data Engineer

Compensation: $140,000 – $155,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Data Engineer to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a seasoned data engineer who enjoys building modern data solutions in a fast-moving environment. You’ll help support a growing organization by strengthening data pipelines, improving analytics capabilities, and enabling better business decisions through clean, reliable data.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and build scalable data pipelines and transformation workflows.
• Develop and maintain dbt models for analytics and reporting.
• Work with Snowflake to support data storage and processing needs.
• Partner with business teams to deliver trusted data solutions.
• Support Power BI and other BI platform reporting needs.
• Improve data quality, consistency, and operational reliability.
• Troubleshoot data issues and implement long-term fixes.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering.
• 4+ years of hands-on dbt experience.
• Strong experience with Snowflake.
• Background supporting BI and analytics environments.
• Ability to build reliable, production-ready data solutions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Power BI.
• Familiarity with additional BI platforms.
• Experience in healthcare-related environments.
• Exposure to Azure-hosted solutions.
• Experience with modern full-stack Microsoft technologies.
