Position: IT Engineer

Compensation: $30 – 35 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Etters, PA

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Engineer to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting end users, and keeping technology running smoothly. In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day technical support, work with a variety of systems and hardware, and play a key part in maintaining a reliable IT environment across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide technical support for company-supported applications and systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues
• Log, track, and document support requests and resolutions
• Maintain hardware and software inventory for assigned facilities
• Develop training documentation for new users
• Support antivirus and spyware tools and updates
• Recommend end-user hardware and software purchases
• Travel to support regional locations as needed
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of technical support or systems experience
• Experience supporting Windows users in an Active Directory environment
• Experience imaging desktops and laptops
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
• Basic Networking experience with LAN/WAN
• Ability to work independently with little direction
• Professional communication with staff, vendors, and management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Customer service or healthcare experience
• Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project knowledge
• Experience with electronic medical records systems
• Exposure to healthcare billing or revenue cycle systems
• Basic LAN and WAN troubleshooting experience
