Position: ServiceNow CMDB & Integration Developer

Compensation: up to $96/hour, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled ServiceNow CMDB & Integration Developer to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a ServiceNow professional who enjoys building reliable, data-driven solutions. In this role, you’ll help strengthen CMDB accuracy, improve integrations, and support automation across key enterprise systems. It’s a hands-on contract position with meaningful impact on platform stability, data quality, and operational visibility.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and maintain CMDB solutions within ServiceNow
• Build and support Service Graph Connector integrations
• Develop REST and SOAP API integrations
• Configure Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Flow Designer
• Improve data ingestion, normalization, and reconciliation processes
• Analyze source data and validate CMDB accuracy
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and data quality reports
• Support ITOM tools, including Service Mapping and Event Management
• Troubleshoot integration and CMDB data issues
• Document solutions, mappings, and support procedures

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong ServiceNow CMDB and integration development experience
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs
• Experience with Import Sets and Transform Maps
• Knowledge of ServiceNow automation tools and scripting
• Experience supporting data validation and quality initiatives
• Ability to assess source data and build mapping logic
• Understanding of CMDB and CSDM best practices
• Experience troubleshooting platform and integration issues

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• ServiceNow CSA certification
• ServiceNow CAD certification
• ServiceNow CIS Discovery certification
• ServiceNow CIS Service Mapping certification
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Background in ETL, MDM, or enterprise data engineering
• Experience with CMDB migrations or large-scale onboarding
