Position: Financial Coordinator

Compensation:  $24+/hour (depending on experience)

Location: Edmond, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Coordinator to join their team!

This is a great opportunity to step into a key financial support role within a well-established healthcare environment. You’ll help keep billing, payment coordination, and patient financial processes running smoothly while supporting a team that serves patients with specialized care. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy making a meaningful impact behind the scenes, this could be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Coordinate patient financial paperwork and payment workflows
• Support billing-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Review account details and resolve routine financial questions
• Assist with payment collection and posting activities
• Communicate with internal teams to support smooth financial operations
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Help ensure timely follow-up on outstanding account items

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in financial coordination, billing, or similar administrative work
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills
• Comfort working with sensitive financial information
• Ability to work on-site in Edmond, Oklahoma

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Healthcare billing or revenue cycle experience
• Experience supporting patient financial services
• Familiarity with payment processing systems
• Prior experience in a specialty medical office
