Position: ERP Support Specialist
Compensation: $ 50 – 60 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Houston, TX
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled ERP Support Specialist to join their team!
This is a fantastic contract-to-hire opportunity for an ERP professional who enjoys being the go-to problem solver. You’ll support system configurations, troubleshoot issues, and help drive ERP improvements across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. With a strong internal team and ongoing system needs, this role offers the chance to step into a high-impact position and make an immediate difference.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support ERP configurations and system changes
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and user challenges
- Assist with ERP upgrades and implementation projects
- Provide day-to-day end user support
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on system needs
- Help manage ERP modules and related functionality
- Use SQL to support analysis and problem-solving
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience supporting ERP systems
- Background in ERP implementations or upgrades
- Hands-on configuration experience within an ERP platform
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting end users
- SQL experience required
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday
- Must be authorized to work without sponsorship
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Radius ERP
- Manufacturing industry background
- Exposure to multiple ERP modules
- Bilingual communication skills
