Position: ERP Support Specialist

Compensation: $ 50 – 60 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, TX

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled ERP Support Specialist to join their team!

This is a fantastic contract-to-hire opportunity for an ERP professional who enjoys being the go-to problem solver. You’ll support system configurations, troubleshoot issues, and help drive ERP improvements across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. With a strong internal team and ongoing system needs, this role offers the chance to step into a high-impact position and make an immediate difference.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support ERP configurations and system changes
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and user challenges
• Assist with ERP upgrades and implementation projects
• Provide day-to-day end user support
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on system needs
• Help manage ERP modules and related functionality
• Use SQL to support analysis and problem-solving

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience supporting ERP systems
• Background in ERP implementations or upgrades
• Hands-on configuration experience within an ERP platform
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting end users
• SQL experience required
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday
• Must be authorized to work without sponsorship

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Radius ERP
• Manufacturing industry background
• Exposure to multiple ERP modules
• Bilingual communication skills
