Position: Outbound Call Coordinator

Compensation: $ 20 – 25 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Outbound Call Coordinator to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and enjoys staying organized while keeping communication flowing. In this role, you’ll support outbound outreach efforts, track activity in spreadsheets and systems, and help keep operations running smoothly from day to day.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Make high-volume outbound calls from assigned call lists
• Schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries
• Record call outcomes and update customer details
• Maintain accurate data in internal systems
• Track call metrics and organize reports in Excel
• Collaborate with team members to meet call goals
• Identify trends and share insights with leadership
• Support general administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in outbound calling, call center, or customer service
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting and filtering
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• High attention to detail in data entry and documentation
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Comfort using CRM systems or call-tracking tools
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with appointment setting or lead generation
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables
• Familiarity with VLOOKUP and data validation
• Exposure to workflow or call automation tools
• Administrative support experience
