Position: Solutions Architect

Compensation: $70-$80/hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Solutions Architect to join their team!

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact role supporting an organization in a key growth stage. You’ll help shape application solutions, gather requirements from business users, and translate needs into practical, scalable outcomes. If you enjoy working closely with stakeholders, solving immediate business challenges, and helping mature application processes from the ground up, this role offers a strong platform to make a visible impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Gather requirements from end users for application enhancements
• Design practical solution options for business needs
• Present use cases and recommendations to stakeholders
• Coordinate next steps across multiple teams
• Support policy and procedure development
• Balance hands-on architecture with user-driven requests
• Help improve application maturity and structure

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of solutions architect experience preferred
• Application solutions architect background required
• Experience gathering business and technical requirements
• Ability to create and present solution use cases
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Experience coordinating work across teams
• Professional, polished, and personable approach

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Energy industry experience
• OT experience
• Experience supporting early-stage application maturity
• Background helping establish processes and procedures
