Position: Accounts Payable Systems Analyst

Compensation: $35-$40/hr, depending on experience

Location: Lakewood, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Systems Analyst to join their team!

This is a great contract opportunity for someone who enjoys solving invoice routing challenges, supporting AP workflows, and working across ERP modules to improve process efficiency. You’ll join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where problem-solving, adaptability, and a strong work ethic are highly valued. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Review invoice routing and identify process breakdowns
• Support invoice coding and AP workflow tasks
• Research ERP modules to improve invoice movement
• Help reduce delays in payment processing
• Collaborate with team members on daily AP priorities
• Assist with high-volume, fast-paced accounting operations
• Contribute to process improvements across the AP function

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with accounts payable or invoice processing is preferred 
• Strong interest in systems and workflow troubleshooting
• Ability to learn ERP processes quickly
• Detail-oriented approach to coding and routing invoices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy, changing environment
• Reliable work ethic and willingness to take initiative
