Position: Accounts Payable Systems Analyst

Compensation: $35 – $40 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Lakewood, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Systems Analyst to join their team!

This is a fantastic contract opportunity for someone who enjoys solving process challenges, supporting invoice routing, and working across ERP modules in a fast-moving environment. You’ll play a key role in improving how invoices are processed while also coding invoices and supporting a team that handles a wide range of accounting tasks. If you thrive in a collaborative setting and enjoy variety in your day, this role offers a great chance to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Investigate invoice routing issues within ERP systems
• Code invoices accurately and efficiently
• Support accounts payable workflows and process improvements
• Review multiple ERP modules to determine proper invoice handling
• Assist with delayed payment resolution
• Collaborate with team members across centralized services
• Contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in accounts payable or related accounting support
• Strong understanding of invoice coding and processing
• Ability to troubleshoot ERP-related workflow issues
• Comfort working in a busy, evolving environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Solid communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and take on varied responsibilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with ERP systems
• Background in process improvement
• Previous exposure to invoice routing challenges
• Experience supporting centralized accounting functions
• Familiarity with high-volume AP environments
