Position: Business Systems Analyst

Compensation: $40 – $60 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join their team!

This is a hands-on contract opportunity supporting enterprise business applications, integrations, and production issues. The role is ideal for a technically strong analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and partnering with business and technical teams to deliver practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide L2/L3 support for assigned applications and integrations
• Troubleshoot data issues, workflows, and failed interfaces
• Investigate root causes and coordinate resolution efforts
• Support testing, release activities, and post-go-live issues
• Document processes, support steps, and technical findings
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and process maps
• Partner with users, vendors, and internal technical teams
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
• Assist with reporting, reconciliation, and data validation

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of application support or business systems analysis experience
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, ERP, HR, or legal systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills across data, integrations, and workflows
• Working knowledge of SQL, scripting, or automation tools
• Experience with APIs, file-based interfaces, or log analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to document technical and business processes clearly
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Excel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Workday or Workday Extend
• Familiarity with Concur, Legal Tracker, or related enterprise tools
• Exposure to integration monitoring, dashboards, or reporting tools
• Hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript
• Experience using AI tools for analysis, documentation, or automation
• Background in energy, industrial, or complex enterprise environments
• Experience with vendor coordination and change control processes
• Knowledge of data reconciliation and troubleshooting methods
