Position: Construction Project Manager

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Construction Project Manager to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a driven construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing projects from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in coordinating pre-construction planning, execution, and closeout while keeping cost, schedule, quality, and safety aligned. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and ready to lead multiple projects with confidence, this could be a great next step.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead projects through pre-construction, execution, and closeout
• Develop bid packages, budgets, and schedules
• Review scopes and costs for accuracy
• Coordinate subcontractors and project partners
• Manage project documentation, submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs
• Attend, lead, and document project meetings
• Monitor cost control, changes, and schedule updates
• Partner with superintendents on quality and safety requirements
• Oversee project closeout, testing, inspections, and turnover
• Conduct regular site visits and field coordination

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-8 years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of project budgets and schedules
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and design teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and project management software
• Ability to manage detail-heavy work in a fast-paced setting
• Strong focus on customer service and accountability

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with pre-construction planning
• Value engineering experience
• Knowledge of construction closeout processes
• Familiarity with testing and inspection coordination
• Experience supporting project superintendents
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
