Position: ERP Project Manager

Compensation: $60 – $80 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Golden, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled ERP Project Manager to join their team!

This is an exciting contract opportunity to support a major enterprise-wide Workday implementation. You’ll play a key role in guiding cross-functional teams, keeping timelines on track, and helping ensure a smooth transition through critical go-live phases. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead cross-functional project teams through implementation activities
• Support planning and execution of go-live cutover tasks
• Manage temporary processes during the transition period
• Track project schedules, risks, issues, and action items
• Coordinate communication across internal teams and external vendors
• Facilitate project meetings and document key decisions
• Monitor post-go-live feedback and prioritize improvement items
• Support change management and process improvement efforts
• Escalate project risks and delays when needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of project coordination or project management experience
• Experience managing complex, enterprise-level projects
• Background in ERP implementations preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead collaborative, cross-functional teams
• Experience with cutover planning and change control
• Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Workday implementation experience
• Public sector or K-12 experience
• PeopleSoft migration experience
• PMP, CSM, or similar certification
• HR, payroll, finance, or budgeting project exposure
• Experience with Agile or Lean methodologies
