Position: Project Manager

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Manager to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a construction project management professional who thrives in a hands-on environment. You’ll lead projects from pre-construction through closeout, partnering closely with clients, subcontractors, design teams, and superintendents to keep work moving forward. If you enjoy managing budgets, schedules, and project details while making an impact on the final outcome, this role is worth a look.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead projects through pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases
• Develop bid packages, project budgets, and schedules
• Review scopes and pricing for accuracy
• Manage subcontract agreements and subcontractor coordination
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and document control
• Track costs, change orders, and project progress
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication
• Support quality and safety requirements with site teams
• Manage closeout tasks, including turnover and warranties
• Conduct regular site visits and collaborate with superintendents

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous construction project management experience
• Experience managing projects from start to finish
• Background in budgets, schedules, costs, and change management
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and project teams
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with project management software

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Value engineering experience
• Experience working with design teams and clients
• Familiarity with construction closeout processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced setting
