Position: Internal Recruiter

Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Onsite

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Internal Recruiter to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to help build and shape an internal recruiting function from the ground up. In this role, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting, partner closely with hiring leaders, and help strengthen talent pipelines across the business. If you’re a relationship-driven recruiter who enjoys creating process, improving efficiency, and making a real impact, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and job requirements.
• Develop and maintain clear, compliant job descriptions.
• Source candidates through online platforms and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
• Support offer steps, reference checks, and background screening.
• Build relationships with agencies, schools, and military offices.
• Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics.
• Support onboarding and other HR-related initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• B.S. in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in a multi-location or operational environment.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the aviation industry.
• Military service background.
• Experience with government contracts or terminology.
• Vendor negotiation or vendor management experience.
• Familiarity with internship or apprenticeship recruiting.
