Position: Commercial Loan Processor

Compensation: $50,000 – $58,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Commercial Loan Processor to join their team!

This is a strong direct hire opportunity for an experienced loan processing professional who enjoys keeping complex lending transactions moving smoothly. In this role, you’ll support commercial and consumer loan activity from documentation through closing and funding, helping ensure accuracy, compliance, and a great borrower experience. With multiple openings available, this is a chance to step into a stable, hands-on role where your expertise will make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare loan documents for commercial, consumer, and real estate loans
• Use Laser Pro and Decision Pro for loan processing tasks
• Order title work, flood certificates, and credit reports
• Coordinate appraisal orders and appraisal reviews
• Review loan documents for accuracy before closing and funding
• Verify loan policy compliance and regulatory requirements
• Work with title companies on real estate closings
• Process funding entries for loan disbursements
• Complete UCC and EFS searches and filings
• File mortgages, deeds of trust, and lien documentation

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years of loan processing experience
• Strong understanding of commercial loan processing
• Experience with loan documentation and closing workflows
• Ability to review documents for accuracy and compliance
• Comfort working in a fast-paced banking environment
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proof of insurance and acceptable motor vehicle record

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Laser Pro
• Experience with Decision Pro
• Commercial and consumer lending background
• Real estate loan processing experience
• Title and appraisal coordination experience
• Knowledge of UCC and EFS filing processes
• Familiarity with banking regulations and fraud prevention

• Role is based onsite during bank hours
• Average schedule is 40 hours per week
• Travel between branches may be required
